Returns & Refund Policy

At Auretimes, every watch is quality-checked before it leaves us. But we understand that online shopping requires trust, and trust requires a safety net. This policy is that safety net.
7-Day Return Window
You may return any watch within 7 days of delivery for any of the following reasons:
- The watch was damaged or defective on arrival
- You received the wrong item
- The watch did not match the description on the product page
- You changed your mind (watch must be unused and in original condition)
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us at the.auretimes@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order
- Include your order details and the reason for return
- We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions
- Ship the watch back in its original packaging
Refund Options
Once we receive and inspect the returned watch, we will offer you one of the following — your choice:
- Full refund to your original payment method (for online payments) or bank transfer (for COD orders)
- Exchange for any other watch of equal or greater value
- Store credit valid for 12 months
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving the return.
Cash on Delivery Orders
COD customers are fully covered under this policy. Refunds for COD orders are processed via bank transfer to your provided account within 3–5 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
- Watches that show signs of use, scratches, or damage caused after delivery
- Items returned after the 7-day window without prior approval
- Custom or personalised orders
Shipping Costs for Returns
If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damage, defect) — we cover return shipping. If you are returning because you changed your mind — return shipping is at your cost.

Auretimes is an online watch retailer based in Pakistan, selling premium-quality timepieces inspired by iconic international watch designs. We operate under Pakistani law and serve customers across Pakistan.
2. Products & Descriptions
- All watches are quality-checked before dispatch
- Our watches are inspired by iconic watchmaking silhouettes. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or representing any luxury watch brand
- We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time
3. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR)
- We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as our primary payment method
- An advance payment of Rs. 300 is required to confirm your order. This amount is deducted from your total at delivery
- Prices may change without notice, but your confirmed order price will not change
4. Orders & Delivery
- Orders are processed within 24 hours of confirmation
- Estimated delivery: 2–4 business days to major cities, 4–7 days to other areas
- We deliver across all of Pakistan
5. Cancellations
- You may cancel your order before it is dispatched by contacting us immediately
- Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible — please initiate a return instead
- Advance payments are refunded in full for cancelled orders
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Pakistani courts.
